Established for over 40 years
Williams Chartered Accountants was established in 1984 by Denver Dias. We are located in a modern industrial metropolis of businesses from many trades, in the NW10 area of London.
Our specialism spans the whole spectrum of businesses, namely, small to medium sized, owner managed and high-net-worth private individuals, trading in the UK and across geographical borders. Our clients are an enriching blend of global cultures and vary in size from individuals and ‘start-ups’ to Listed Companies.
We aim to always provide an approachable, respectful, and value driven service, communicating quickly and fully with our clients.
Tax is an important business cost. We aim to ensure that our clients only pay the right amount of tax within the law.
Our practice has grown, predominantly, via referrals, demonstrating our high standards of accountability and our passion to help our clients grow their business.
In essence, we help our clients streamline their bookkeeping functions by using cloud accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and apps such as DEXT (previously Receipt Bank). This automated bookkeeping function reduces the paper burden and projects a snapshot of the business whenever the client needs to know. You can read more about this in our services.

A considerable number of our client base have been with us since the start of the practice, which is testament to our service quality and the years of trust we have built with them. We take pride in our work and provide an efficient service through proactive advice and timely turnaround of accurate work.

Being clear and flexible
We will speak to you openly, honestly, and refrain from using financial jargon where possible so you understand the advice, we give you. Meetings will be conducted on your terms – onsite, at your office or preferred meeting place or, offsite at our office.
If you have a bookkeeping IT system on site that you would prefer that we use, we will arrange for one of our team to come to you.
Upfront Fees
We offer upfront fixed fees linked to the value of what we provide, unless of course you would prefer to be charged hourly. Our best quote is based on the information you provide when we meet. If, when doing the work, we come across unforeseen issues that will take longer than quoted for, we may have to charge extra, but we will notify you in advance.
We are not always the cheapest on the market, but we assure you that our service is quality assured and of prime value. In addition to ensuring our final drafts comply with regulations and standards, we take a whole view standpoint of your accounts or tax to facilitate a discussion on how to make things better for you and your business.
Our fees are an investment in our years of experience rather than in our time and we believe
investing in quality is prudent, as quick and cheap is costly in the long term.
